Event Sponsorship Packages.

Event Sponsor
£3,500 + VAT

As an Event Sponsor this package will ensure you get the most branding and exposure at the Early Years Environments Show. With a guaranteed speaking slot in the conference and a whole host of marketing opportunities, the Event Sponsorship package is limited to six companies. Branding will feature prominently on all marketing material before, during and after the event.

Please note that an Event Sponsor Package needs to be taken in conjunction with one of the stand options.

Before the Event:

  • Logo to appear on all promotional material:
    • All printed marketing material (adverts, inserts and mail outs)
    • All promotional marketing email campaigns
    • Homepage of the website and all other pages
  • Sector Insights Webinar:
    • Host Your Own Webinar and determine the topic, content & speakers (Lead generation)
    • Invite Speaker(s) to take part in your Webinar
    • Webinar will be featured on the Sector Insights page of the website
    • Call to Action (once your Webinar has finished you have the option of re-directing attendees to a page on your website)
    • Webinar will also be available On-Demand (On-Demand statistics)

    • 100 words, logo, URL, promotional documents & contact details
  • Marketing support:
    • Bespoke email to all pre-registered attendees
    • Personalised web banners, buttons, twitter tiles and email signatures
    • Press releases published on the event website

At the Event:

  • Logo to appear on all signage at the event including registration desk and Awards Dinner denoting you as an ‘Event Sponsor’

Registration Sponsor
£2,500 + VAT

  • Sponsorship of website registration as well as registration onsite
  • Company Logo to appear on the registration page of the website and a short message to appear on the confirmation email attendees receive once they have registered
  • Company Logo to be prominently displayed at registration at the event as well as the registration staff being able to wear branded t-shirts supplied by the sponsor
  • One piece of promotional material to be handed out at registration (A5 or smaller) designed and printed by the sponsor
  • Company logo, profile and hyperlink on the Website
  • Full page advert in the Event Guide
  • 1 x 2-day Delegate Pass to the Conference

Delegate Bags
£2,500 + VAT

  • Company logo and website printed on every delegate bag
  • Delegate bags will be given to all delegates, speakers and chairpersons at registration
  • Two pieces of promotional literature as delegate bag inserts (A4 or A5)
  • Company logo, profile and hyperlink on the Website
  • Full page advert in the Event Guide
  • 1 x 2-day Delegate Pass to the Conference

£1,750 + VAT

  • Lanyards printed with your logo and given to all attendees at registration– ensuring your branding is worn by all and seen across the event

EduFest
£1,500 + VAT

Exclusive sponsor of the EduFest Drinks Reception which brings together Delegates, Visitors, Exhibitors and Speakers in a social environment in the central Catering Area. This exclusive package provides enhanced profile at the Event and an opportunity for key personnel in the sector to engage with your team.

Networking Breakfasts
£800 + VAT

  • Opportunity for a short welcome speech to Networking Breakfast attendees (up to 5 minutes)
  • 2 pull ups banners on display within the catering area – To be supplied by you
  • You may have your team there to meet and greet attendees. You may welcome people to join you by having a complimentary bacon/sausage/veggie sandwich and tea/coffee/juice. This is a great way to network, engage and start conversations
  • Any tweets and mailers promoting the Networking Breakfast will say “sponsored by” and your logo (we have a lot of marketing planned between now and the event)
  • You may use your scanner and capture details that attend the Networking Breakfast
  • You may also invite prospective and current clients to come along and have a sandwich on you (all they will need to do is register as a visitor to gain entrance, which is free of charge)
  • You may have your marketing material on display
  • 1 x 2-day Delegate Pass to the Conference
